Job Overview & Work Site

What we treat.

Our caseload primarily consists of patients with neurological, cardiac, and musculoskeletal conditions. On the outpatient side, we carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative orthopedic caseload. While treating in the inpatient setting, we are on a cohesive multidisciplinary team, and all treatments are 1-on-1 with a patient care focus.

If you are looking for a diverse working environment, this could be a great option for you! Our position is primarily in the outpatient/rehab setting with some inpatient/swing bed.

We keep a therapist-first mindset allowing therapists to feel supported and understood when delivering services. Providing therapy in both settings allows for a great diverse patient population.

How we do it.

We maintain an appropriate patient caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available.

We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development.
