The Site Coordinator is a leadership position within the administrative office hierarchy of the clinics. The Site Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Front Office Operations. The Site Coordinator must work closely and cooperatively with the Director of Front Office Operations, all healthcare providers and office assistants within each clinic. The Site Coordinator must have a thorough knowledge of all TPS support staff, including training and developing an effective working relationship with all office assistants. The Site Coordinator must have superior knowledge of EPIC, the work processes, and practice policies and procedures. The Site Coordinator must be able to set work priorities and assignments during the work day per the guidance of the Director and direct staff accordingly. Healthy and effective staff communication skills are essential for a Site Coordinator. A Site Coordinator must be able to accurately observe staff performance and communicate those performance successes or problems to the Director.

Educational/Experience Requirements
