Lead Physical Therapist (Home Health) – Clinical & Leadership Role
Territory: West and South Volusia County (DeLand, Deltona, Orange City)
Schedule: Full-Time | 50% Clinical, 50% Administrative

Job Overview & Work Site

What You’ll Do

Clinical (50%)

  • Deliver high-quality home health physical therapy to a manageable caseload

  • Focus exclusively on therapy; no nursing, case management, or outside disciplines

  • Benefit from organized, tightly mapped territories with minimal windshield time

Leadership & Administrative (50%)

  • Onboard and mentor new therapists

  • Conduct competency assessments and annual reviews

  • Lead training on documentation, compliance, and best practices

  • Monitor EMR quality and support staff development

  • Serve as a liaison between field staff and leadership, fostering a connected and confident team

License & Experience

 

What You Need: 

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program 
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license
  • Home Health experience
